Monday

10:00am   MINDFUL YOGA  
A mindful and restorative approach to yoga with Tiffany Shobe. Explore the 8 limbs of Yoga, pranayama, gentle asana, and a brief dharma talk. The focus is to reduce stress through developing mindfulness. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  60 mins.
4:45pm   YIN + SOUND HEALING 
Join Julian Payne for a deep relaxation class that combines Yin asana/poses, Sound Immersion, and Meditation. The combination of these practices are great for releasing stress, preparing the body and mind for sleep, and restoring the whole system in a relaxing way. All levels are welcome. 60 mins.
6:00pm    HATHA FLOW    
An active, fun yoga class with Lauren Vaughan to learn the fundamentals of mixed-level Hatha Yoga, Sun Salutations, and how to move safely into and out of poses while moving  and using the breath. Ends in brief guided meditation. 60 mins.

Tuesday

9:30am   VINYASA
Flow with Roz Marwood and move through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses in this active yoga class using the mind, body, and breath.  Also exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. Ends in meditation. Recommend being familiar with Sun Salutations before attending this class. 75 mins.
5:30pm   GENTLE YOGA + MEDITATION  
Unwind and restore with Lauren Vaughan in this gentle yoga and meditation class for EVERYONE of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax into a guided meditation. 60 mins.   
6:45pm    HATHA
Move with Tiffany Shobe and transition in and out of beginner-level to intermediate-level Hatha Yoga active poses while focusing on breath and alignment.  In this class you will hold poses longer to emphasize alignment and how to use props to enhance your yoga practice. Poses will be modified or advanced based on your yoga practice. Ends in meditation. 60 mins.

Wednesday

9:15am    YIN     
Stretch, restore, and rejuvenate the body in Yin Yoga with Billie Carroll. This class will use props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, sandbags) to gently move into postures and hold poses for a longer amount of time (3-7 minutes) to release muscles on a deeper level. Ends in a guided meditation. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  75 mins.
6:00pm    ASHTANGA YOGA
Join Sarah Brannan for an all-level, beginner led Ashtanga class, focused on Sun Salutation A, Sun Salutation B, and the Standing Sequence in the Primary Ashtanga Series.  After the Standing Sequence, we then explore a few poses from the Seated Sequence and Finishing Sequence to cool-down and prepare for Savasana (stillness). 75 mins.
7:30pm    COMMUNITY YOGA KARMA CLASS
This Summer, join a different yoga instructor EVERY Wednesday 7:30pm for an all-level yoga and meditation class to help raise funds and awareness for our Karma Yoga Programs (which are the non-profit organizations we help throughout the year). Currently we are raising funds for Hanover Humane Society. Pay-what-you-can (suggested $10 donation) to attend these community classes! 9:30am   VINYASA
Flow with Roz Marwood and move through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses in this active yoga class using the mind, body, and breath.  Also exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. 11:00am   GENTLE YOGA + MEDITATION

Movement with purpose! An active Vinaysa Yoga with Roz Marwood, emphasizing proper alignment and breathing while moving through an intelligent, mindful sequence of Sun Salutations and beginner to intermediate Hatha Yoga poses.  Ending in meditation. 60 mins. 

Friday

7:15am    HATHA
Join Meredith Lavanya for an early morning flow and transition in and out of beginner-level to intermediate-level active yoga poses while focusing on breath and alignment.  In this Hatha class you will hold poses longer to emphasize alignment and how to use props to enhance your yoga practice. Poses will be modified or advanced based on your yoga practice. Ends in meditation.  60 mins.
10:00am   GENTLE YOGA + MEDITATION  
A restorative and meditation yoga class for EVERYONE of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax into a guided meditation.  Led by Billie Carroll. 75 mins.
12:00pm    VINYASA + YIN  
Join Roz Marwood for an active and restorative Vinyasa and Yin yoga class designed to sweat & stretch!  Sweat through a one-breath-one-movement sequence, then stretch in long-holding, restorative poses to aid in cooling the body and preparing for meditation. All-levels welcome. 60 mins. 
6:00pm    FRIDAY NIGHT SPECIALS (classes sold separately)

9:30am    VINYASA
Flow through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses in this active yoga class using the mind, body, and breath.  Also exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. Ends in meditation. Recommend being familiar with Sun Salutations before attending this class. Led by rotating teachers at Hanover Yoga! 60 mins.
9:30am    CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga class for seniors and/or persons with injuries and/or special requests. Join Andrea Stefl for a gentle workshop-like-class, in which you learn stretching, strengthening, and breathing techniques safely with using the support of a chair.  60 mins. 
11:00am    BEGINNER YOGA / HATHA BASICS
A beginner's active yoga class with Andrea Stefl to learn the fundamentals of Yoga, Yoga etiquette, beginner-level Sun Salutations, and how to move safely into and out of poses using props. Ends in an extended meditation. 75 mins. 
11:15am    Y12SR on 1st & 3rd Saturdays (pay-what-you-can)
Yoga 12 Steps Recovery “connects the dots” by combining the somatic approach of yoga with the cognitive approach of the 12-step recovery model – the most well-known addiction recovery program in the world, with millions of active practitioners. Y12SR is open to anyone dealing with their own addiction or affected by the addiction of others. It is an open and inclusive group. The yoga is accessible for all levels. 90 mins. 11:30am    MEDITATION
Sunday Meditation is a space dedicated to guided and silent meditation. Join Billie Carroll for a brief discussion about mediation and how to enjoy meditation, and then meditate using different techniques to help accomplish a meditative state. Please come with questions.  Welcoming all practitioners, new and experienced to meditation.  60 mins.
7:00pm    HATHA FLOW  
An all-level active yoga class with Meredith Lavanya Carle to practice without judgment or expectations. Ease into your work week and relieve stress with this mellow flowing Hatha Yoga class in a loving space, ending in a restorative meditation to set the mind free and prepare for the week ahead. 75 mins.
