Monday

10:00am   MINDFUL YOGA   [RESTORATIVE]  
A mindful approach to Yoga with Sherry Klauer. Explore the 8 limbs of Yoga, pranayama, gentle asana, and a brief dharma talk. The focus is to reduce stress through developing mindfulness. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  75 mins. 
6:00pm    HATHA BASICS    [BEGINNER ACTIVE] 
Beginner class with Lauren Vaughan to learn the fundamentals of Yoga, Yoga etiquette, beginner-level Sun Salutations, and how to move safely into and out of poses using props. Ends in breif guided meditation. 60 mins.
7:15pm   WARM VIN + YIN   [ACTIVE & RESTORATIVE]
Vinyasa and Yin class with Ava Massey designed to sweat & stretch!  Sweat through a one-breath-one-movement sequence in an 80 degree room. Then stretch in long-holding restorative Yoga poses to aid in cooling the body and preparing for meditation. All-levels welcome. 60 mins. 

Tuesday

9:00am   YIN     [RESTORATIVE] 
Stretch and rejuvenate the soul in Yin with Tiffany Shobe. This class will use props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, sandbags) to gently move into postures and hold poses for a longer amount of time (2-5 minutes) to release muscles on a deeper level. Ends in a guided meditation. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  75 mins.
5:30pm   GENTLE YOGA + MEDITATION   [RESTORATIVE]
Gentle meditation class for EVERYONE of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax into a guided meditation. 60 mins.  (Teacher rotating)
6:45pm    HATHA YOGA   [ACTIVE] 
Transition in and out of beginner-level to intermediate-level Hatha Yoga poses while focusing on breath and alignment.  In this class with Amanda Myers you will hold poses longer to emphasize alignment and how to use props to enhance your yoga practice. Poses will be modified or advanced based on your yoga practice. Ends in meditation. 60 mins.

Wednesday

7:15am    SLOW FLOW VINYASA    [BEGINNER ACTIVE]  
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga class with Meredith Lavanya, options to modify or amplify your own individual practice to wake the body up and start your day off right. Ending in a Yoga Nidra meditation. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  60 mins.
9:00am    YIN     [RESTORATIVE] 
Stretch and rejuvenate the body in Yin with Billie Carroll. Explore a range of yoga traditions with Meredith Lavanya, including Integral Yoga, Asanas, Chanting, Pranayama exercises (breath work), and deep relaxation - ultimately achieving stillness, health, and harmony for the whole mind and body.  Ends in meditation. 75 mins. 

Thursday 

9:00am   VINYASA FLOW     [ACTIVE] 
Flow with Roz Marwood and move through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses using the mind, body, and breath.  Also exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. Ends in meditation. Recommend being familiar with Sun Salutation A & B before attending this class. 60 mins.
5:30pm   RESTORATIVE SLOW FLOW  [RESTORATIVE]
Restorative yoga class for EVERYONE led by Diana Stoen! This is a restorative yoga class incorporating gentle movements with breathing exercises designed to warm the body and prepare to stretch, unwind, and relax. All ages and levels. 60 min.
6:45pm   VINYASA BASICS    [BEGINNER ACTIVE]
Introduction to Vinaysa Yoga with Amanda Myers, emphasizing proper alignment and breathing while moving through an intelligent, mindful sequence of Sun Salutations and beginner to intermediate Hatha Yoga poses.  Ending in meditation. 60 mins.

7:15am    HATHA YOGA    [BEGINNER ACTIVE]
Transition in and out of beginner-level to intermediate-level yoga poses while focusing on breath and alignment.  In this Hatha class with Meredith Lavanya you will hold poses longer to emphasize alignment and how to use props to enhance your yoga practice. Poses will be modified or advanced based on your yoga practice. Ends in meditation.  60 mins.
10:00am   GENTLE YOGA + MEDITATION    [RESTORATIVE] 
Gentle meditation class for EVERYONE of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax into a guided meditation.  Led by Mary Beth Ansell. 75 mins. 
5:30pm     YOGA NIDRA  (see Meditation page for class dates)
Explore the deepest state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Relax the mind into a deep Savasana (final relaxation pose), where you will be guided into a deep meditative, sleep-like state.  This class is for EVERYONE!

A beginner's class with Andrea Stefl to learn the fundamentals of Yoga, Yoga etiquette, beginner-level Sun Salutations, and how to move safely into and out of poses using props. Ends in an extended meditation. 75 mins.

SUNDAY

11:30am    SUNDAY STILLNESS  [RESTORATIVE] 
A space dedicated to guided and silent meditation. Join Billie Carroll for a brief discussion about mediation and how to enjoy meditation, and then meditate using different techniques to help accomplish a meditative state. Please come with questions.  Welcoming all practitioners, new and experienced to meditation.  60 mins.
10:00am    PRENATAL YOGA    [ACTIVE & RESTORATIVE] 
Open to women in all stages of pregnancy.  Prenatal Yoga classes with Sarah Brannan and Rachel Jenkins offer moms-to-be the opportunity to relax, maintain strength, gain flexibility, and feel more comfortable in their changing bodies. Expectant moms also learn tools that can help them prepare for childbirth and postpartum recovery. 60 mins.
6pm    HATHA FLOW   [ACTIVE]
An all-level Yoga class with Tiffany Shobe to practice without judgment or expectations. Ease into your work week and relieve stress with this mellow flowing Hatha Yoga class aka 'ShobeFLow' in a loving space, ending in a restorative meditation to set the mind free. 75 mins.
