Weekly Yoga Classes
There are many different types of yoga classes out there, so take some time to learn about the different yoga classes we offer and what type of classes YOU need!
These classes are for everyone and designed to restore the body and relax into meditation. We suggest everyone take these classes!
Yin Yoga - for all-levels of practitioners. These gentle classes stretch and rejuvenate the body. This class will use props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, sandbags) to gently move into postures and hold poses for a longer amount of time (2-5 minutes) to release muscles on a deeper level. Ends in a guided meditation.
Yoga Nidra - for all-levels of practitioners. This is a deep meditation class where you explore the deepest state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Yoga Nidra is extremely rejuvenating for the mind and body.
Gentle Yin & Meditation - for all-levels of practitioners. This is a gentle yin & meditation class designed for everyone of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax in a comfortable, quiet atmosphere.
Vinyasa Slow Flow - for all-levels of practitioners. This is a gentle Vinyasa yoga class with options to modify or amplify your own individual practice to wake the body up and start your day off right. Ending in a Yoga Nidra meditation.
These classes are the heart of a yoga practice. These classes teach alignment, breathing, and the spiritual aspects of yoga. We suggest expanding your practice by taking these classes!
Hatha Basics - for beginners and new practitioners. These classes move slow and provide a comfortable atmosphere for everyone while learning the fundamental poses of Hatha Yoga.
Hatha Yoga - for mixed-level practitioners exploring and learning yoga poses. Hatha classes are the heart of the practice, exploring how to safely move into and out of Hatha Yoga poses while controlling and improving breath work (pranayama), in addition intertwined with the spiritual and deeper aspects of a yoga practice.
Vinyasa Basics - for practitioners that can sit comfortably on the floor, perform forward fold and downward dog, and want to explore the "flowing" aspects of yoga, linking one posture to the next posture using the breathe. This class introduces the Vinyasa "flow" aspect of connecting breathe and poses.
Breathe & Flow - for practitioners that can sit comfortably on the floor, perform forward fold and downward dog, and ready to practice and learn about moving and breathing. This class explores pranayama (breathing), asanas (poses), and then Savasana (meditation) to set the mind and body free!
These classes are for practitioners familiar with Yoga poses and/or "flowing" and ready to practice! We invite all-levels of practicing yogis, we just ask you to please listen to your body and RELAX!
Vinyasa Flow - flowing Vinyasa yoga class linking movement and breath, challenging mind and body to move through Sun Salutations and Hatha poses - and option for Vinyasa!
Hatha Flow + Meditation - flowing Hatha yoga class with Tiffany Shobe [aka ShobeFlow] for yogis of all ages and abilities where you practice without judgment or expectations.
Ashtanga Basics - flowing Vinyasa yoga class moving through Sun Saulutation A and B then offering a variety of beginner-level to intermediate-level standing, seating, and inverted yoga poses from the Ashtanga Primary Sequence by by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois.
Heated Vinyasa + Yin - flowing Vinyasa yoga class offering a sweaty, one-breath-one-movement sequence in an 80-85 degree room before moving into long-holding restorative poses to aid in cooling the body into meditation.
Power + Relaxation - strength-building yoga class targeting hip and core stability poses coupled with powerful music and mindful breathing followed by deep relaxation techniques to aid the body into meditation.
A FEW important THINGS TO know....
- all yoga classes end in meditation bliss; however, some classes focus JUST on meditation.
- all yoga classes are beginner-friendly; however, some classes move faster than others.
- new to yoga? we suggest starting with the basic classes and having FUN while learning!

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS & PRENATAL PRIVATE SESSIONS
Safely learn yoga poses in a relaxing one-on-one environment, learn the appropriate modifications/amplifications for your body (and/or stages of pregnancy), and learn what daily yoga classes are best for you so that you can enjoy the relaxing experience of taking a YOGA class! Private Yoga Sessions and Private Prenatal Yoga Sessions are available by appointment at the studio or your home/business with a registered yoga teacher (RYT) through the Yoga Alliance. Private Yoga Sessions and Private Prenatal Sessions are regular price $75 for one person (75 minutes) and $100 for two people (90 minutes).
