Monday

10:00am   MINDFUL YOGA  
A mindful and restorative approach to yoga with Sherry Klauer. Explore the 8 limbs of Yoga, pranayama, gentle asana, and a brief dharma talk. The focus is to reduce stress through developing mindfulness. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  75 mins. 
6:00pm    HATHA FLOW    
An active, fun yoga class with Lauren Vaughan to learn the fundamentals of mixed-level Hatha Yoga, Sun Salutations, and how to move safely into and out of poses while moving  and using the breath. Ends in brief guided meditation. 60 mins.
7:30pm   YIN    
Stretch, restore, and rejuvenate the body in Yin Yoga with Julian Desta. This class will use props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, sandbags) to gently move into postures and hold poses for a longer amount of time (2-5 minutes) to release muscles on a deeper level. Ends in a guided meditation...and maybe even sounds of unique instruments. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  60 mins. 

Tuesday

9:15am   VINYASA FLOW
Flow with Roz Marwood and move through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses in this active yoga class using the mind, body, and breath.  Also exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. Ends in meditation. Recommend being familiar with Sun Salutation A & B before attending this class. 75 mins.
5:30pm   GENTLE YOGA + MEDITATION  
Unwind and restore with Lauren Vaughan in this gentle yoga and meditation class for EVERYONE of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax into a guided meditation. 60 mins.   
6:45pm    HATHA YOGA   
Transition in and out of beginner-level to intermediate-level Hatha Yoga active poses while focusing on breath and alignment.  In this class with Ava Massey you will hold poses longer to emphasize alignment and how to use props to enhance your yoga practice. Poses will be modified or advanced based on your yoga practice. Ends in meditation. 60 mins.

Wednesday

9:15am    YIN     
Stretch, restore, and rejuvenate the body in Yin Yoga with Billie Carroll. This class will use props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, sandbags) to gently move into postures and hold poses for a longer amount of time (3-7 minutes) to release muscles on a deeper level. Ends in a guided meditation. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  80 mins.
11:15am    ASHTANGA MYSORE PRACTICE
Explore an personalized, individualized, self-taught active and restorative yoga practice based on the Ashtanga Yoga traditions.  Arrive at any time during the 90-minute practice and practice at your own pace (there is no late arrival during Mysore).  Allow at least 45-minutes to practice. If you are new, plan on 20-30 minute introduction to the practice upon first visit. Total time 90 mins.  
4:45pm    GENTLY RENEW
Practice with grace and ease with Stacey Abbott in this mindful and meditative approach to opening the body with softness. This gentle class will emphasize breath, relaxation, balance, strength and stretch, designed to nurture and restore each student in their pose through variations and the use of props. 60 mins. 
6:00pm    BREATHE & FLOW  
Explore a range of active yoga traditions with SoCoYo, including Integral Yoga, Asanas, Chanting, Pranayama exercises (breath work), and deep relaxation - ultimately achieving stillness, health, and harmony for the whole mind and body.  Ends in meditation. 75 mins.
7:30pm    SOUND BATH HEALING & HEARTFULNESS MEDITATION
Therapeutic and restorative yoga practice in which harmonic instruments are used to help the participants relax and release any trapped or unwanted energy from the mind & body. Instruments will vary from Gongs to Singing Bowls to Didgeridoos. Each instrument carries a different vibration to which one can deeply relax into parasympathetic system of the body. Class will open with a brief introduction of the instruments and class, then followed by a Sound Bath, and then ending with Heartfulness Meditation. In Heartfulness Meditation we practice bringing our awareness to our hearts. In doing so we are able to relax the mind and body through the energy of full awareness of our hearts.

9:15am   VINYASA FLOW    
Flow with Roz Marwood and move through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses in this active yoga class using the mind, body, and breath.  Also exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. 11:00am   GENTLE YOGA + MEDITATION  
Unwind and restore with Jantz in this gentle yoga and meditation class for EVERYONE of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax into a guided meditation. 60 mins.   
7:00pm   VINYASA    
Movement with purpose! An active Vinaysa Yoga with Ava Massey, emphasizing proper alignment and breathing while moving through an intelligent, mindful sequence of Sun Salutations and beginner to intermediate Hatha Yoga poses.  Ending in meditation. 60 mins.

7:15am    HATHA YOGA  
Transition in and out of beginner-level to intermediate-level active yoga poses while focusing on breath and alignment.  In this Hatha class with Meredith Lavanya you will hold poses longer to emphasize alignment and how to use props to enhance your yoga practice. Poses will be modified or advanced based on your yoga practice. Ends in meditation.  60 mins.
10:00am   GENTLE YOGA + MEDITATION  
A restorative and meditation yoga class for EVERYONE of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax into a guided meditation.  Led by Billie Carroll. 75 mins. 
12:00pm    VINYASA + YIN  
An active and restorative Vinyasa and Yin yoga class with Sarah Brannan designed to sweat & stretch!  Sweat through a one-breath-one-movement sequence in an 75-degree room. Then stretch in long-holding, restorative poses to aid in cooling the body and preparing for meditation. All-levels welcome. 60 mins.

Chair Yoga is a gentle yoga class for seniors and/or persons with injuries and/or special requests. Join Andrea Stefl for a gentle workshop-like-class, in which you learn stretching, strengthening, and breathing techniques safely with using the support of a chair.  60 mins. 
11:00am    HATHA BASICS
A beginner's active yoga class with Andrea Stefl to learn the fundamentals of Yoga, Yoga etiquette, beginner-level Sun Salutations, and how to move safely into and out of poses using props. Ends in an extended meditation. 75 mins. 
11:00am    Y12SR 2nd & 4th Saturdays Donation-Based
Yoga 12 Steps Recovery “connects the dots” by combining the somatic approach of yoga with the cognitive approach of the 12-step recovery model – the most well-known addiction recovery program in the world, with millions of active practitioners. Y12SR is open to anyone dealing with their own addiction or affected by the addiction of others. It is an open and inclusive group. The yoga is accessible for all levels. SUNDAY

10:00am    PRENATAL YOGA (classes sold separately)
Find comfort for you and your baby in this intimate weekly Prenatal Yoga class on Sunday mornings. This weekly prenatal classes offer moms-to-be the opportunity to relax, maintain strength, gain flexibility, and feel more comfortable in their changing bodies. In Prenatal Yoga, expectant moms also learn tools that can help them prepare for childbirth and postpartum recovery, including breathing practices, relaxation techniques, and mind and body awareness.
11:30am    SUNDAY STILLNESS MEDITATION

A space dedicated to guided and silent meditation. Join Billie Carroll for a brief discussion about mediation and how to enjoy meditation, and then meditate using different techniques to help accomplish a meditative state. Please come with questions.  Welcoming all practitioners, new and experienced to meditation.  60 mins.
7:00pm    HATHA FLOW  
An all-level active yoga class with Meredith Carle to practice without judgment or expectations. Ease into your work week and relieve stress with this mellow flowing Hatha Yoga class in a loving space, ending in a restorative meditation to set the mind free and prepare for the week ahead. 75 mins.
