Monday

9:00am   MINDFULNESS YOGA  (starting Oct. 16)
Explore the 8 limbs of Yoga, pranayama (breath work), gentle asana (poses), and a brief dharma talk. The focus is to reduce stress through developing a mindfulness Yoga practice. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  75 mins. 

4:30pm   VINYASA FLOW
Use the mind, body, and breath to move through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses - and option for Vinyasa! Exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. Ends in a relaxing meditation. Recommended being familiar with Sun Salutation A & B before attending this class. 60 mins.
6:00pm    HATHA BASICS
Beginner class to learn the fundamentals of Yoga, Yoga etiquette, beginner-level Sun Salutations, and how to move safely into and out of poses using props. Ends in guided meditation. 60 mins.
7:30pm   HEATED VINYASA + YIN
Sweat & stretch!  Sweat through a one-breath-one-movement sequence in an 80-85 degree room. Then stretch in long-holding restorative Yoga poses to aid in cooling the body and preparing for guided meditation. All-levels welcome. 60 mins. 

Tuesday

9:00am   VINYASA FLOW
Use the mind, body, and breath to move through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses - and option for Vinyasa! Exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. Ends in a relaxing meditation.  Recommended being familiar with Sun Salutation A & B before attending this class. 75 mins.
5:15pm   GENTLE YIN + MEDITATION
Gentle meditation class for EVERYONE of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax into a guided meditation. 60 mins. 
6:30pm    HATHA YOGA
Transition in and out of beginner-level to intermediate-level yoga poses while focusing on breath and alignment.  This class will hold poses longer to emphasize alignment and how to use props to enhance your yoga practice. Poses will be modified or advanced based on your yoga practice. Practitioner should be able to preform downward dog and Sun Salutation A before attending this class. Ends in meditation. 60 mins.

Wednesday

7:15am    SLOW FLOW VINYASA
Gentle Vinyasa Yoga class with options to modify or amplify your own individual practice to wake the body up and start your day off right. Ending in a Yoga Nidra meditation. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  60 mins.
9:00am    YIN  
Stretch and rejuvenate the body. This class will use props (blocks, blankets, bolsters, sandbags) to gently move into postures and hold poses for a longer amount of time (2-5 minutes) to release muscles on a deeper level. Ends in a guided meditation. Beginners and all-levels welcome!  90 mins.
4:30pm   VINYASA FLOW (last class Aug. 30)
Use the mind, body, and breath to move through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses - and option for Vinyasa! Exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. Ends in a relaxing meditation. Recommended being familiar with Sun Salutation A & B before attending this class. 60 mins. 
6:00pm    BREATHE & FLOW
Explore a range of yoga traditions, including Integral, Hatha, Vinyasa, chanting, pranayama exercises (breath work), and deep relaxation to achieve stillness, health and harmony for the whole mind and body. This class is designed for all-levels, but practitioner should be able to preform downward dog and Sun Salutation A before attending this class. 75 mins. 

Thursday 

9:00am   VINYASA FLOW
Use the mind, body, and breath to move through Sun Salutations and Hatha Yoga poses - and option for Vinyasa! Exploring chatarangas, core work, and preparatory poses for inversions. Ends in a relaxing meditation.  Recommended being familiar with Sun Salutation A & B before attending this class. 75 mins.
5:15pm   STRENGTH BUILDING FLOW (starting Oct. 5)
Strength building yoga class targeting the key muscle groups in the body including, gluts, quads, hips, lower back, and shoulders.  Then cooling down in a short meditation.  This class is designed for all-levels, but practitioner should be able to preform downward dog and Sun Salutation A before attending this class. 60 mins. 
6:30pm    VINYASA BASICS
Introduction to Vinaysa Yoga, emphasizing proper alignment and breathing while moving through an intelligent, mindful sequence of Sun Salutations and beginner to intermediate Yoga poses.  Ending in meditation. 60 mins. 

Friday

7:15am    HATHA YOGA
Transition in and out of beginner-level to intermediate-level yoga poses while focusing on breath and alignment.  This class will hold poses longer to emphasize alignment and how to use props to enhance your yoga practice. Poses will be modified or advanced based on your yoga practice.  Practitioner should be able to preform downward dog and Sun Salutation A before attending this class. Ends in meditation.  60 mins.
10:00am    GENTLE YIN + MEDITATION
Gentle meditation class for EVERYONE of all ages and levels to stretch, unwind, and relax into a guided meditation. 75 mins. 
12:00pm     POWER + DEEP RELAXATION  
Strengthen the core in a vigorous power flow to heat and prepare the body for deep stretching. The final portion of class is restorative and supportive in nature, prepping the body for a sweet Savasana (meditation).  Recommended being familiar with Sun Salutation A & B before attending this class. 60 mins.
5:30pm     YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION  (see Meditation page for class dates)
Explore the deepest state of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. Relax the mind into a deep Savasana (final relaxation pose), where you will be guided into a deep meditative, sleep-like state.  This class is for EVERYONE! 

Saturday

9:30am    VINYASA FLOW

Ends in a relaxing, guided meditation.  Recommended being familiar with Sun Salutation A & B before attending this class. 60 mins.
11:00am    HATHA BASICS
Beginner-level class to learn the fundamentals of Yoga, Yoga etiquette, beginner-level Sun Salutations, and how to move safely into and out of poses using props. Ends in an extended meditation. 75 mins.
1:00pm    SATURDAY WORKSHOPS (TBA)

SUNDAY

11:30am    SUNDAY STILLNESS (starting Oct. 1)  
A space dedicated to guided and silent meditation. A brief discussion about mediation and how to enjoy a meditative, deep relaxing state. We strive to meditate for 60 minutes in this class.  Please come with questions.  Welcoming all practitioners, new and experienced to meditation.  75 mins.
1:00pm    PRENATAL YOGA (every other week)  
Open to women in all stages of pregnancy.  Prenatal Yoga classes offer moms-to-be the opportunity to relax, maintain strength, gain flexibility, and feel more comfortable in their changing bodies. Expectant moms also learn tools that can help them prepare for childbirth and postpartum recovery. 60 mins.
7pm    HATHA FLOW + MEDITATION (moves to 6pm starting Sept. 10) 
Practice without judgment or expectations. Ease into your work week and relieve stress with this mellow flowing Hatha Yoga class in a loving space, ending in a restorative meditation to set the mind free. 75 mins.
