Have you wanted to try yoga, but been too nervous to step into a class? Still unsure what a vinyasa is? This class is perfect for like total beginners who want to try yoga!
The Yoga for Beginners series is created for people with no yoga experience to try out yoga in a positive and supportive environment. In this six week class with the Twisted Yogi, instructor Lauren Vaughan, we'll start with the very basics of yoga, taking our time to grow a yoga practice. In this series we'll explore a variety of poses, learn breathing techniques, and start to explore meditation. Everything will be taught from the ground up with time for questions and exploring movement and your body.
