Take a weekend to press PAUSE.  Quiet the mind and focus on you.  YES, you can!  Join us for our first silent retreat weekend at the beautiful Sevenoak Retreat Center in Madison, VA.  Sherry Klauer 200 RYT and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher will guide us on this weekend journey for calm and clarity.  Leave the TO DO list and the noise of life behind as we explore the power of silence through mindful movement, seated and walking meditation, talks on mindfulness, freshly prepared meals and of course the beautiful mountain backdrop.  You will leave the is weekend with the tools you need to begin a mindfulness practice and begin to live your life with more intention and meaning. All inclusive weekend, includes workshops, yoga classes, meditation sessions, lodging (private, shared, or group rooms), beautiful scenery, hiking trails, river nearby, peaceful atmosphere, and the best part the FOOD is included - cooked fresh, organic, and custom-ordered to suite your preferences! We will announce the deposit amount shortly, and start taking deposits for this retreat in November 2018.
