Mindfulness has been shown to increase self-control, enhance flexibility, improve concentration and mental clarity, Improve emotional intelligence and the ability to relate to others and one's self with kindness, acceptance and compassion. mindful YoGA Class
Every Monday Morning 10AM
Come explore all 8 limbs of yoga in this class designed to enhance your mindfulness practice and help you feel calm and centered. Designed by instructor Sherry Klauer, 200RYT and MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher in training, each class will incorporate meditation, pranayama (breath work), gentle asana (physical practice) and a brief dharma talk. The focus of this class is reducing stress through developing a mindfulness practice.
Due to the gentle nature of this class all levels are welcome. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is necessary, in fact this is a great way to get your feet wet with a little of everything!
