Do you need a break to escape, release stress, and RELAX? This Yoga Nidra meditation session is for you!  We will start with gentle, long-holding restorative poses to relax the physical body. Then we will start to relax the mind into a deep savasana (final relaxation pose), where you will be guided into a deep meditative, sleep-like state while still maintaining full consciousness. The practice of Yoga Nidra has been found to reduce stress and anxiety in the body.

Sunday Stillness Meditation

A space dedicated to guided and silent meditation. Join Billie Carroll for a brief discussion about mediation and how to enjoy meditation, and then meditate! We strive to meditate for 30-45-minutes in this class.  Please come with questions.  Welcoming all practitioners, new and experienced to meditation.  75mins.

30 minutes of silence, stillness, & peace.

every Wednesday 12:30pm

FREE!! 30 minutes of silent meditation. The studio will be open free to the public to enjoy 30 minutes of silence and stillness in a calming atmosphere. Please enter the studio quietly. Please turn off your cell phones. Meditation will start promptly at 12:30pm.
